Product Development Engineer for a textile medical device manufacturer located in New England.
This position will work on a wide range of projects that brings medical device customers ideas to life using reabsorbable and non-reabsorbable fibers to manufacture braids, knits, woven, or non-woven structures to meet specific customer needs. This position will provide technical customer service support and work closely with sales and customer engineering staffs to conceptualize and design new products, and to improve products and to evaluate new raw materials. This position will also provide design, engineering support and manufacturing services; engage clients at the product conceptualization phase, and guide programs through to commercialization and recurring production. Our manufacturing capabilities include braiding, knitting, weaving and non-wovens in small lots through to full scale production

This position is responsible for providing leadership and vision to direct the production, laboratory, maintenance, customer service, and administrative office. The primary objective is to supply customers with the product and services they require while operating within a defined budget to meet the corporation goals and objectives. Position has budget responsibilities up to $5,000,000 and no revenue responsibilities.
Technical Manager for a major resins manufacturer located in New England
This position is responsible for leading the Technical Service and Plant support of the TPE plant. This person will prioritize and communicate the technical needs and direction of the plant. This includes providing technical leadership for direct reports (chemist and technicians) and colleagues, understanding customer requirements, formulating for applications, performing appropriate tests, maintaining product quality and supporting production issues when appropriate.
Manufacturing Engineer for a medical device company in New England
This position required a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to help them improve processes and procedures to produce new and support existing products. The Manufacturing Engineer coordinates projects with manufacturing and focus on continuous improvements to increase capacity, improve product quality, process efficiency and safety. The Manufacturing Engineer also assist the Quality Control department as needed.
